Rangers’ Scottish Cup quarter-final at home to either Dundee or Dumbarton and Celtic’s clash with Greenock Morton will both be shown live on Sky Sports next month.
Mark Warburton’s Gers, who are looking to reach their first Scottish Cup final in seven years, will face either Premiership side Dundee or Championship rivals Dumbarton at Ibrox on Saturday, March 5, kicking off at 12.30pm.
Rangers progressed to the quarter-finals after a last-minute Nicky Clark goal saw them knock out Dundee’s fellow Premiership side Kilmarnock with a 2-1 win in last week’s fifth-round replay.
And their quarter-final opponents will be decided on Tuesday night, when Dundee and Dumbarton have their replay at Dens Park.
Then, on Sunday, March 6, Jim Duffy will take his Morton side to Parkhead for a clash against Celtic, kicking off at 12pm on Sky Sports.
The Premiership champions saw off non-league East Kilbride 2-0 in the last round, while Morton won 4-1 at League Two side Annan to set up the tie.
The remaining matches see a repeat of the 2010 Scottish Cup final between Ross County and Dundee United on March 5, while Championship side Hibernian will test themselves against Premiership opposition and current Scottish Cup holders Inverness Caledonian Thistle the day after.
Scottish Cup quarter-final draw:
Rangers v Dumbarton or Dundee
Celtic v Greenock Morton
Ross County v Dundee United (Saturday March 5, 3pm)
Hibernian v Inverness Caledonian Thistle (Sunday March 6, 2pm)
