Dave King cleared as judge rules he did not breach Mike Ashley gagging order

Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley has failed in his High Court bid to have Rangers FC chairman Dave King jailed for breaching a “gagging order”.

King faced up to 30 days in prison if a judge found him to be in contempt.

However, a judge at the High Court in London ruled that he was not in breach of the order.
