James Tavernier has explained that he is not in a goalscoring competition with his Rangers team-mate Martyn Waghorn, ahead of his side’s Championship fixture with Greenock Morton tomorrow.
Despite being a right-back, Tavernier has managed to score 10 goals in 22 appearances in all competitions for the Gers in the ongoing campaign, while striker Waghorn has managed to found the back of the net 19 times in 22 games.
