The liquidators of oldco Rangers BDO will challenge the Big Tax Case verdict on Employee Benefit Trusts with the Supreme Court, according to reports.
A Court of Session ruled earlier this month that Rangers, between 2001 and 2010, broke tax rules when they utilised an EBT scheme to help pay players and managers.
Either the Murray Group or BDO had 28 days to appeal the decision…
