Rangers are reportedly using ESIG, a head-hunting group previously hired by Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool to appoint their new director of football.

According to Sun journalist Alan Nixon, Michael Beale has drawn up his transfer targets but needs a director for the future of the club.

With Ross Wilson having left for Nottingham Forest, Gers do not have anyone in that position right now.
