RANGERS yesterday agreed a deal to bring in Frank McParland, former chief scout at Liverpool, as head of player recruitment.
Not that the Ibrox club don’t need someone to help establish some sort of scouting system, but even though it was an ardous task for manager Mark Warburton and David Weir, they have done a tremendous job at recruiting talent thus far.
