Todd Cantwell has welcomed Kieran Dowell to Rangers after the club announced the signature of the latter.
The Gers announced the pre-contract signing of Dowell from Norwich City on Wednesday (24 May).
He will officially join the Scottish Premiership club on 1 July on a three-year deal.
Dowel expressed his delight at the move, posting on Instagram: “Delighted to have joined this massive club today.
