Rangers are enjoying a superb spell under new manager Philippe Clement, who has got the best out of several players at Ibrox.
One of which is young winger Ross McCausland, who was handed his first start by Clement in the match with Livingston on Saturday (11 November).
The 20-year-old played 78 minutes in the Scottish Premiership clash, which Rangers won 2-0 thanks to goals from Cyriel Dessers and James Tavernier.
