Rangers have been linked with two new additions as Derek McInnes seek to add to his Ibrox squad.Rangers have held discussions with Turkish giants Besiktas over a deal that could see former Ibrox fan favourite Vaclav Cerny return to the club permanently this summer.According to a report from the Daily Record, the Ibrox club have approached Cerny’s current club, Besiktas, with a view to bringing the Czech international back to Glasgow permanently ahead of the September 3 transfer deadline.The 28-year-old spent a successful year on loan at Rangers during the 2024/25 season, scoring 18 goals and assisting a further nine more in all competitions. However, a permanent deal did not materialise for the winger, with the club ownership changing hands and Russell Martin replacing interim boss Barry Ferguson in the dugout.Vaclav Cerny is being eyed up by Rangers for a potential reunion this summer, according to reports…
