Rangers support move towards formation of Club 1872 after Ibrox fan vote

RANGERS have given their backing to the formation of Club 1872 after supporters voted overwhelmingly in favour of the creation of a new fans group.
Members of the Rangers Supporters Trust and Rangers First were polled and gave the proposal 98% and 91% approval respectively, while 94% Ibrox season ticket holders voted in favour during the week long ballot.
