Rangers boss Mark Warburton expects his team to live up to the view he held in the summer, that they would be “highly competitive” in the Scottish Premiership.
Warburton brought in a whole host of fresh faces during the summer transfer window, though some raised eyebrows, not least 37-year-old defender Clint Hill, while another arrival, Joey Barton, is currently serving a three-week club suspension.
