Chris Sutton: 'Rangers boss Steven Gerrard needs £20m to compete with Celtic'

Ex-Celtic striker Chris Sutton has declared that Rangers will need to back new manager Steven Gerrard with at least £20m to have any chance of competing with his former club.
The Englishman’s comments follow confirmation from Gers owner Dave King that the Ibrox outfit is aiming to raise £6m in a share issue for summer recruitment.
Sutton has warned Rangers that this figure will be nowhere near enough for Gerrard
