Rangers teenager Glenn Middleton has revealed that Gers coach Tom Culshaw has taken him under his wing in recent weeks on the training pitch.
The 18-year-old has broken through into the first team set-up under boss Steven Gerrard and has not looked back, impressing on a number of occasions.
Gerrard has rewarded the teenager with regular game time and Middleton has made 20 appearances across all competitions, scoring five goals
