Rangers assistant boss Gary McAllister has revealed that new boys Jermain Defoe and Steven Davis have won instant respect inside the Gers dressing room.
Steven Gerrard swooped to bring in the two experienced heads earlier this month, with striker Defoe and midfielder Davis both arriving on 18-month and six-month loan deals, from Bournemouth and Southampton, respectively.
