The Light Blues boss brought Ryan Kent and Ovie Ejaria from Liverpool to Ibrox last summer, while he also picked up former Reds defender Jon Flanagan on a free transfer in January.
The two on-loan youngsters had massively different fortunes at Rangers with Ejaria’s loan cut short in December while Kent was one of the Gers’ star players and was named PFA Young Player of the Year.
