Ojo is expected to become the Gers’ fifth summer signing in the coming days.
The winger, who turns 22 today, was in Scotland yesterday to put the final touches on his season-long move north of the border.
Ojo’s progress has stalled since he made 11 first-team appearances under Jurgen Klopp in the second half of the 2015-16 season.
He has had loans with Wolves, Fulham and Stade de Reims
