A Venezuelan source has claimed that Rangers and Portland Timbers are two million apart on the valuation of Kevin Kelsy.
According to Caracas-based writer and analyst Adrian Garces, the clubs aren’t far apart and a deal is still within reach.
Portland Timbers are said to value the 22-year-old at around $12 million, while Rangers’ most recent offer was at the $10m mark.
