FORMER Birmingham City manager Gary Rowett has revealed he has spoken to Rangers about the managerial vacancy at Ibrox.
Pedro Caixinha is understood to be close to agreeing a deal to become the next Gers boss, but the Portuguese won’t be confirmed until after Sunday’s Premiership meeting with Celtic.
