The Scottish FA should reinstate a procedure for retrospective punishment following Bojan Miovski’s attempt at buying a penalty for Rangers, according to Keith Hackett.
The former PGMOL chief and ex-FIFA official exclusively told Football Insider that there is one way the officials can discourage diving after Miovski going down far too easily against Celtic’s Liam Scales.
