Michael Beale has lifted the lid on one of the methods he used behind the scenes at Rangers, revealing a technique called ‘you versus yourself’ that shaped how he worked with players under Steven Gerrard.
Beale, who was handed the job at Ibrox in November 2022 after Gio van Bronckhorst was sacked, lasted roughly ten months before leaving following a tumultuous 3-1 home defeat to Aberdeen.
