Jermain Defoe has played down suggestions that he could leave Bournemouth for Rangers in the latter stages of this summer’s transfer window.
Defoe, 35, scored four Premier League goals for Bournemouth during the 2017-18 campaign.
The experienced forward has been linked with a move away from the Cherries this summer, with Rangers – now managed by Steven Gerrard – one of a number of clubs believed to be interested.
