Preston North End have had a bid for Rangers midfielder Josh Windass rejected
The Championship play-off hopefuls made their move for the 23-year-old midfielder earlier today.
Windass joined Rangers from Accrington Stanley in a bargain £65,000 deal in the summer of 2016.
He struggled for form and fitness in his debut season but has thrived since former manager Pedro Caixinha’s departure in October, scoring five goals in 10 appearances.
