Rangers have agreed a £ 9 million package with Portland Timbers to secure the signing of Venezuelan international striker Kevin Kelsy, decisively adding to the attacking options at Ibrox.

The 20-year-old forward was identified as the primary target for the Ibrox recruitment department after Youssef Chermiti was sidelined with a serious knee problem.
