Rangers boss Mark Warburton believes that Lee Wallace has been improving as a captain with time and is a role model for the youngsters at the club.
Warburton anointed the Scotland international as club captain when he took charge of Rangers in the summer of 2015 and together they oversaw the Gers earning promotion to the top tier after spending four years in the wilderness.
