Venezuelan joins Ibrox club – but Ibrox club aren’t finished yet
Rangers have confirmed the signing of Portland Timbers striker Kevin Kelsy on a four-year deal.
The 22-year-old Venezuelan hitman’s transfer was agreed at 5pm on Thursday as the transfer window closed for the summer.
However, The Scotsman has learned that Ibrox chiefs have concluded a loan deal for Stuttgart winger Badredine Bouanani and that an official announcement will come in due course.
