Rangers fans locked out of Lyon clash as club slams 'bemusing & extremely frustrating decision'

RANGERS fans will be locked out of the away clash with Lyon in the Europa League this week.
The Ibrox club informed fans that despite being guaranteed a travelling support of 2,200 the French Minister of Interior has ruled that Rangers fans cannot travel to the match.
