Rangers have been linked with two new additions as Derek McInnes seek to add to his Ibrox squad.Rangers have held discussions with Turkish giants Besiktas over a deal that could see former Ibrox fan favourite Vaclav Cerny return to the club permanently this summer.According to a report from the Daily Record, the Ibrox club have approached Cerny’s current club, Besiktas, with a view to bringing the Czech international back to Glasgow permanently ahead of the September 3 transfer deadline.The 28-year-old spent a successful year on loan at Rangers during the 2024/25 season, scoring 18 goals and assisting a further nine more in all competitions.
