Rangers resume talks to sign Michael O’Halloran from St Johnstone
via Evening Times |
Rangers have reopened talks with St Johnstone as they look to finally push their move for Michael O’Halloran over the line, Press Association Sport understands.
The Glasgow club failed with two previous bids for the Saints wide man earlier this month.
But now they hope to revive the move after submitting an offer in the region of £500,000, which is subject to a number of clauses.
