Josh Windass of Accrington Stanley will join Rangers in the summer
Rangers have completed the signings of Accrington Stanley’s Josh Windass and Matt Crooks on pre-contract agreements.
Striker Windass, son of former Premier League forward Dean, and midfielder Crooks have agreed four-year deals.
