Former Liverpool star Neil Mellor has backed Joe Garner to deliver for Rangers if he is handled with patience at Ibrox.
The striker, who was snapped up by Rangers from Preston North End for £1.8m in the summer, is yet to make a considerable impact for the Scottish giants.
