SEAN DYCHE reckons Mark Warburton has built solid foundations for his Rangers rebuilding job with the appointments of David Weir and Frank McParland to his backroom staff.
Former Light Blues captain Weir was named Warburton’s assistant when he was installed as manager in June and McParland, who worked with the pair at Brentford, moved north of the border in October to become Head of Recruitment at Ibrox.
