UEFA order Rangers to close section of Ibrox for next European home game
UEFA’s disciplinary panel have charged Rangers for the second time, finding the club’s supporters guilty of ‘racist behaviour’.
The decision means that Rangers’ next European home fixture will have a partial stadium closure enforced, with 3,000 seats at Ibrox closed off.
