Mr transfer window himself, Fabrizio Romano, broke the news yesterday that Rangers had reached an agreement with Fluminense to sign 20-year-old Brazilian left back Jefté. The youngster is currently on loan in Cyprus with APOEL Nicosia so the agreement is hinging on them giving the green light.
