Two ties go the distance in gripping night on continentFour-times World Cup winners Italy fell at the final hurdle to reach this summer’s tournament after they lost on penalties to Bosnia & Herzegovina in Zenica.Rino Gattuso’s side drew 1-1 after playing much of the match with ten men following Alessandro Bastoni’s 41st-minute red card.
